Aaron Ferguson

Aaron Ferguson is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in both teaching and educational administration. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Distance Learning for the Oxnard Union High School District since August 2013, Aaron oversees the district's Distance Learning platform, including responsibilities as a Canvas Administrator and in data analytics and professional development. In addition to this role, Aaron acts as a Design Coach for online high school curricula and is a professor of Geology and Earth Sciences at Oxnard College. Previous roles include teaching high school science, serving as the Director for the Academy of Business at Pacifica High School, and working as a Staff Geologist at Fugro. Aaron holds a Master's degree in Geology from Mississippi State University and multiple degrees and credentials from California Lutheran University.
