Raven Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2006, Raven started as an Editorial Assistant at Backspin Magazine. Later, in 2008, they worked as an International Marketing & Communications professional at QualityPark AviationCenter GmbH. In 2010, Raven transitioned into a role as an International Community Manager EN-US at Bigpoint GmbH, where they eventually became a Narrative Designer in 2012. They also worked as a Freelance Translator and Proofreader from 2007 to 2014. Raven's responsibilities at Bigpoint GmbH included being a Project Manager for multiple game projects, such as DarkOrbit and Farmerama. They facilitated the production of in-game content, managed production deadlines, optimized team communication and workflows, and coordinated charity events. In 2021, Raven joined Oxolo as a Senior Project Manager.
Raven Brooks has a diverse education history that spans over several years. In 1999, they enrolled in Smith College and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in German Studies in 2003. In 2001, they pursued a non-degree program in German and International Politics at the University of Hamburg, which lasted until 2002.
In 2004, they decided to further their education and joined Technische Universität Dresden for a non-degree program in Communications, which concluded in 2005. After a gap in their formal education, Raven obtained a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in January 2017.
Later in 2017, they pursued a professional training program in Managing Projects at the University of Hamburg. Moving forward, Raven sought to broaden their knowledge in the field of digital management. From 2019 to 2022, they studied at Hochschule Fresenius, where they attained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Digitales Management.
