Paula Vertiz

Paula Vertiz has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Paula is currently working at OXOMIO since November 2019, where they started as the Head of Brand Excellence and later transitioned to the role of Brand Director in August 2022. Prior to joining OXOMIO, Paula was the Head of Customer Experience at the same company from November 2017 to 2019. Before that, they worked as a Guest Relations Manager at Rosewood San Miguel de Allende from January 2015 to October 2017. Paula also gained experience as a Food and Beverage Intern at ANdAZ from September 2013 to January 2014, and as a Public Relations personnel at Ventanas de San Miguel Golf & Resort from March 2009 to November 2009.

Paula Vertiz earned their Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Texas Tech University from 2007 to 2009, where they completed their high school education. In addition to their degree, Paula obtained a Certificate in Hotel Operations from the Glion Institute of Higher Education in March 2013.
