Sean Dolan

Sean Dolan has a long history of working in the software engineering and telecom domain. Sean began their career in 1993 as a Software Engineer at Synergistic Solutions, Inc. (SSI), where they developed an in-house IDE using C/C++. In 1996, they moved to Telecommunications Techniques Corporation (TTC) as a Senior Software Engineer and restructured a complex development environment and runtime libraries to run in a multithreaded environment. In 2000, they joined Acterna as an Engineering Manager and preserved key software products during a severe telecom bubble downturn. In 2005, they returned to JDSU as a Senior Engineering Manager, where they managed 15+ applications developed by multiple teams in several countries. In 2010, they were promoted to Senior Manager and created designs for new solutions. In 2015, they became the Acting Director of Custom Software at VIAVI Solutions. In 2017, they opened their own Mathnasium learning center franchise as the Center Director/Owner. In 2019, they joined Micro C Imaging as a Senior Software Engineer and also started their own consulting firm, Telesoft Solutions, Inc., as the Executive Director/Owner.

Sean Dolan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from William & Mary between 1986 and 1991.
