Javier de Jesus Jardon Campos

Javier de Jesus Jardon Campos has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and security. Javier de Jesus currently holds the position of Chief Technology Security Officer at OXXO GAS since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at OXXO as part of the Security Operations team and later as the WAN / Data Centers Coordinator from March 2019 to January 2023.

Before joining OXXO, Javier worked at FEMSA Comercio starting in 2011. During their time there, they held various roles, including being responsible for LAN / WAN / Datacenter networks. Javier de Jesus coordinated and managed the network infrastructure for different business areas of FEMSA Comercio, both nationally and internationally. Additionally, they oversaw the administration and management of the central communications infrastructure for the company's data centers.

Javier also gained international experience in the IT field through the IT International Experience program at FEMSA Comercio. The program focused on achieving strategic objectives for customers by combining daily experience with international exposure. As part of this program, they participated in various retail forums and worked on cases from different retail sectors.

Earlier in their career, Javier worked as an IT Security Engineer at AFIRME FINANCIAL GROUP from 2008 to 2011. Before that, they were the Coordinator of Infrastructure at ASAE Consultores S.A. de C.V. from 2004 to 2008. Javier de Jesus also worked as a Infrastructure Support at Banorte in 2004.

Javier's work experience demonstrates a strong background in IT security, network infrastructure management, and international exposure in the retail industry.

Javier de Jesus Jardon Campos has an education history that includes a Licenciatura in Ciencias de la Informatica from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Javier de Jesus also completed a Maestría in Gestión de Tecnologías de Información at Universidad TecMilenio from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they pursued a Licenciatura en Ciencas de la Informática with a focus on Tecnología Informática/Tecnología de Sistemas Informáticos at UPIICSA from 1999 to 2003.
