Victor Ducoulombier is an accomplished business transformation executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Transformation at oXya since June 2021, Victor has successfully implemented innovative strategies leading to a 55% increase in new bookings and orchestrated a company-wide digital transformation initiative. As President of the French American Chamber of Commerce - Rocky Mountain Chapter since February 2022, Victor has provided strategic leadership, significantly boosting revenue and membership. Victor's prior experience includes roles at oXya - Hitachi, where successes included launching branches in the US and Canada and maintaining key client relationships.
