With a background in client delivery and assistant village management, Ellena also worked as an Assistant Village Manager at Stockland Retirement Pty. Ltd. in Perth, Australia. Additionally, Ellena has experience in front of house roles at Virgin Active and service management at Nuffield Health. Ellena also took time off for traveling round the world, gaining valuable experiences along the way.
