Aurelija Striuze

Aurelija Striuze has a long and varied career in the fields of human resources, business operations, and technology. Aurelija began their career in 2006 as a Consultant for Noriu personalo sprendimų grupė. In 2008, they moved to Ignitis Group as an HR BP at LEO LT. In 2009, they were appointed Head of HR at Adform. From 2011 to 2017, they were Global Head of End User Technology at Barclays. In 2017, they became CEO and co-founder of Tipi Hub, Inc. In 2019, they joined Synthesis Consulting Group as a Strategist and Partner at Anatomy | Synthesis. In 2020, they were appointed COO of OXYGEN Healthcare and Board Member and co-founder of Sengirės fondas. Aurelija is currently the Director of European operations at Perthera AI.

Aurelija Striuze received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Vilnius University in 2006 and their Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the same institution in 2008.
