Michiaki Lee

Michiaki Lee is an accomplished trainer, facilitator, and coach with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. As the founder of Cross Frontier since August 2016, Michiaki specializes in delivering custom corporate education programs in both English and Japanese. Current roles include Executive Coach at Open Brackets Learning, Senior Consultant at Linkage Asia, and Senior Manager at OXYGY. Additional positions held encompass Halifax Consulting Representative for Japan and Partner Trainer for the American Management Association. Michiaki has also served as an Adjunct Researcher at Waseda University and as an Associate Trainer for Global Partners Training. Prior professional experience includes a tenure as a Senior Actor with Nippon Television Group and a Senior Consultant at Valeocon Management Consulting. Michiaki holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Law from Keio University.
