Zivile Pilkauskiene is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of HR at Oxylabs.io since July 2022, Zivile previously held the position of Lead People & Business Partner at Nord Security, focusing on advanced security solutions. Prior to that, Zivile was the Lead HR Business Partner at Tesonet, contributing to the growth of innovative tech projects. Zivile's early career included roles such as Assistant to the CEO at NFQ and Human Resources Specialist at Limedika, where responsibilities encompassed payroll management, employee relations, and the implementation of HR strategies. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration from Mykolas Romeris University and a Bachelor's degree from Kaunas University of Technology.
