Ramune Bauer

Ramune (Damusyte) Bauer is an experienced Human Resources Manager currently serving at Oxyle and ASMALLWORLD since September 2020. Prior to these roles, Ramune contributed to the Delirium-Edition organization for tomorrow's art as a member focused on production and fundraising. From May 2019 to March 2020, Ramune undertook a sabbatical to travel extensively across Sri Lanka, the Caribbean, North America, and Europe. Ramune's extensive background in financial operations includes significant leadership positions at SWAROVSKI from 2010 to 2019, with roles as Head of Financial Operations CEEA and Financial Operations Coordinator CEEA, as well as experience at the UAB Crystal Creations subsidiary. Ramune holds a Master's degree in Economics with a focus on Business Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, both from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University.
