Joakim Nordström

Joakim Nordström is the VD at Oxyma Innovation since April 2004, leading a small product development firm based in Stockholm with around thirty employees. Under Joakim's leadership, Oxyma has focused on creating innovative and technically advanced solutions aimed at enhancing customer profitability. Prior to this role, Joakim served as Vice President and Partner at Oxyma, emphasizing a business-oriented approach to product development since the company's inception. Additional experience includes positions as Konsultchef from 2007, Project Manager from 2006 to 2007, and Product Developer at Avalon Innovation from May 2003 to April 2004, where Joakim worked on the development of precision machines for the paper industry. Earlier career experience includes a role as Manager of Mechanical Design at System 3R from May 1997 to May 2003, where Joakim oversaw mechanical development and established quality process methodologies. Joakim holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, earned between 1991 and 1997.
