Nathalie Racette possesses extensive experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and operations management within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently serving as Responsable AQ et AR at OxyNov since May 2020, Nathalie previously held several key positions including Responsable des affaires réglementaires et assurance qualité at SiliCycle Inc., and Gestionnaire qualité et Affaires réglementaires at Icentia Inc. Notable contributions also came from roles at GSK, where Nathalie managed quality assurance related to quality control and raw materials, overseeing a team of seven.
