Miikka Laiho

Miikka Laiho is an experienced business leader currently serving as a Partner at Oy Samlink Ab since April 2023. Previously, Miikka held the role of Chief Operating Officer for Kyndryl in Finland from September 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day management systems and service delivery. Prior to Kyndryl, Miikka worked at IBM from April 2000 to August 2021, holding several key positions including Chief Operating Officer for IBM Global Technology Services in the Nordic region, Managing various operational teams, and having end-to-end responsibility for different business units. Miikka Laiho holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, completed in 2000.
