Sami Ropponen

Sami Ropponen is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and financial management. Currently serving as a Release Manager at Oy Samlink Ab since January 2010, Sami is responsible for release management during deployments. Prior to this role, Sami functioned as a Test Manager overseeing various banking system developments. From February 2001 to May 2009, Sami worked at Danske Bank as a System Specialist, focusing on IT migration for Sampopankki, with primary responsibilities related to card systems. Sami holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Jyväskylä (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Management from Savonia (1996-1999).
