Karoline Leite

Karoline Leite has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and software engineering. Karoline is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at Oya Care, where they focus on empowering women to take control of their health through preventative care. Prior to this, Karoline founded Test Girls, a community dedicated to providing a safe space for women in technology. Karoline also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Zé Delivery and Head of Software Engineering, managing teams of developers and ensuring successful project execution. Karoline has also worked at PagSeguro PagBank and Creditas, where they held leadership positions in quality engineering and software development. Karoline started their career at Kiman Solutions, gaining experience in software quality assurance. Karoline is known for their expertise in implementing quality strategies, fostering collaboration, and driving positive outcomes in the technology industry.

Karoline Leite completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 3.0 at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Tecnólogo degree in Information Technology from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul between 2009 and 2011. Karoline also holds a Técnico certificate in Information Technology from Escola Técnica Estadual São Paulo, earned from 2008 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PESCA - Pensamento Sistêmico Aplicado a Organizações certification from Target Teal in 2021, the CSM - Certified ScrumMaster credential from Scrum Alliance in December 2014, and the CTFL - Certified Tester Foundation Level certificate from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2011.
