Maria Carolina Artioli Ludovico

Maria Carolina Artioli Ludovico started their work experience as an intern at AMARAL GURGEL Advogados in 2013. Maria Carolina then worked as an analyst at GO Associados from May 2014 to April 2015. In 2015, they became a consultant at Macle Empreendimentos Imobiliários from July 2015 to February 2016. Maria then joined Natura as a trainee in marketing and innovation from March 2016 to March 2018. Maria Carolina later became a Senior Coordinator of Global Marketing at Natura from March 2018 to December 2020. Currently, Maria is a founding team member and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Oya Care since April 2023.

Maria Carolina Artioli Ludovico has a Master's degree in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. In 2015, they also completed a Summer Course in Fashion Business at ESMOD École Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode. Maria Carolina previously studied at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Bacharela em Direito (law). Additionally, in 2013, they briefly studied Transnational Law at Peking University.
