Maria Carolina Artioli Ludovico started their work experience as an intern at AMARAL GURGEL Advogados in 2013. Maria Carolina then worked as an analyst at GO Associados from May 2014 to April 2015. In 2015, they became a consultant at Macle Empreendimentos Imobiliários from July 2015 to February 2016. Maria then joined Natura as a trainee in marketing and innovation from March 2016 to March 2018. Maria Carolina later became a Senior Coordinator of Global Marketing at Natura from March 2018 to December 2020. Currently, Maria is a founding team member and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Oya Care since April 2023.
