Danielle Parry

Danielle Parry is a legal professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Legal Counsel II at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) since August 2024. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at OYA Renewables from March 2021 to present, Legal Counsel at Flow Power from February 2020 to August 2020, and Associate at King & Wood Mallesons and Miller Thomson LLP between 2018 and 2020. Danielle's legal journey began with an Articling Student position at Miller Thomson LLP, following a Summer Law Student role in 2016. Danielle holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Windsor (2014-2017) and a Bachelor’s Degree with Distinction in Hon.B.A. Specialization in Psychology from Western University (2009-2013).
