Gautam Swaroop

Gautam Swaroop currently serves as the CEO of OYO International Hotels & Homes since April 2020, following a substantial career at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from November 2011 to March 2023, where roles included Vice President for multiple divisions such as Latin America, South Africa, Australia, and Emerging Markets. Gautam also led Dr. Reddy's operations in China and held senior director positions focused on business development and strategic planning. Prior to Dr. Reddy's, Gautam worked at McKinsey & Co. as an Associate Principal from May 2001 to October 2011. Gautam holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
