Vinit Agarwal

Vinit Agarwal is a finance professional with extensive experience in both corporate finance and auditing. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at OYO since December 2018, Vinit oversees the examination of financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and prepares complex technical memos related to mergers and acquisitions. Vinit also conducts financial analysis and reporting to aid organizational decision-making. Previously, Vinit worked at EY from May 2011 to December 2018, where Vinit progressed from an executive to a Manager in the Statutory Audit division, managing assurance services for a diverse range of clients. Vinit holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
