Erin Cummings

Erin Cummings has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Erin is currently the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Oyster Point Pharma since February 2022. Prior to that, Erin worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from July 2020 to February 2022. Erin also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Brammer Bio from May 2019 to July 2020. Before joining Brammer Bio, Erin worked at Shire as a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist from August 2017 to May 2019. Erin also has experience in labor and compliance specialist roles at UMass Medical School from 2012 to 2017 and as an HR Coordinator at New England Conservatory from April 2009 to September 2012. Erin started their career as an HR Administrator at Philips Lifeline from January 2007 to April 2009, and as a Proofreader at W.A. Wilde from June 2005 to January 2007.

Erin Cummings completed a BA in English-Writing and Communications from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2003. Erin also obtained a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, which was completed by the year 2020.
