George Ricketts

George Ricketts is an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager at Oyster Yachts since November 2020, with a substantial background in operational excellence and project management. Prior roles include Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt and Operational Excellence Leader at Sunseeker International from September 2006 to August 2020, and Six Sigma Black Belt positions at both Johnson Controls and Lear Corporation, where George worked on significant projects including the Jaguar S-Type and X-Type. Earlier experience includes a project engineer role at Jaguar Land Rover, focusing on Freelander instrumentation and in-car entertainment. In addition to professional expertise, George took a sabbatical to explore the world, which involved renovating a 43 ft trimaran in Hong Kong. George holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
