Claire Parkinson is the Integration Executive at OZ Minerals. Claire has over fifteen years of experience in strategic communications and business transformation.

Claire began their career in the public sector, working for the Department for Infrastructure and Transport. In this role, they were responsible for the development of key risk reporting for the largest financial institution in South Australia.

In 2014, Claire moved into the not-for-profit sector, taking on the role of Head of Operations at Guide Dogs SA/NT. In this role, they developed a strategic business growth model for Australia’s most trusted brand.

In 2016, Claire returned to the corporate world, taking on the role of Head of Business Performance at BankSA. In this role, they successfully refreshed and repositioned the brand and reputation of South Australia's leading industry body representing the resources sector.

In 2018, Claire joined GFG Alliance as the Strategic Communications Manager for the Transforming Whyalla Project. In this role, they were responsible for the development and implementation of the communications strategy for the project.

Claire is currently the Integration Executive at OZ Minerals. In this role, they are responsible for leading the integration of OZ Minerals and its operations.

Claire Parkinson reports to Andrew Cole, MD & CEO. They are on a team with Warrick Ranson - CFO, Finance & Governance Executive, Fiona Blakely - People Executive, and Kerrina Chadwick - Corporate Affairs Executive.
