Luciano Gomes

Luciano Gomes holds extensive experience in corporate governance, risk management, and management systems, currently serving as Manager of Corporate Governance, Risk & Management Systems at OZ Minerals since 2021. Prior to this role, Luciano was a Senior Management Consultant and Partner at Aquila Consultoria em Gestão from 2014 to 2021 and held the position of Management Systems Manager at Votorantim Cimentos S/A in 2012-2013. Luciano also contributed as a Senior Management Consultant and Partner at INDG - Instituto de Desenvolvimento Gerencial from 2002 to 2012, and worked as Regional Supervisor of Civil Design and Construction at Mastec Inepar from 2000 to 2002. Luciano holds academic credentials including an Executive Education in Corporate Governance from Columbia Business School (2023), Executive Education in Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management (2012), a Post Graduation in Business Strategic Management from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2001-2002), and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1995-1999).
