Phil Rackley

Phil Rackley has extensive experience in the steel fabrication industry, currently serving as Product Manager for Utility Fabricators at Ozark Steel LLC since April 2012. In this role, Phil manages operations at a company specializing in various steel processing techniques, including hi-def plasma cutting and laser cutting. Prior to this, Phil was the Operations Manager at V&S Schuler Tubular Products, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing the fabrication of tapered tubular steel structures for electrical transmission projects. Phil's career began at Navistar Inc as a Manufacturing Business Team Leader. Phil holds a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and General Business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
