Jessica Schroeder has extensive experience in healthcare analytics and data analysis. Jessica started their career as a Sales Manager at Kum and Go in 2008 and worked there until 2013. In 2013, they joined Ozarks Community Hospital as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. Jessica then transitioned to a role as a Physician Compensation Analyst in 2014, where they designed and implemented compensation programs. Jessica later became a Clinical Data Analyst, where they developed programs for collecting and analyzing clinical data. In 2017, Jessica started their own business, Schroeder Sales and Rentals, while also working as a Healthcare Analytics Manager at Ozarks Community Hospital. Jessica supervised a team and used operational, clinical, and financial data to drive business intelligence. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Data Analyst at Ozarks Community Hospital, where they designed and built business intelligence tools to support decision-making. Currently, they are the Director of Clinical Analytics at Ozarks Community Hospital, overseeing the development of advanced analytics strategies and providing data-driven insight to support clinic operations.
Jessica Schroeder earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from Missouri State University, where they attended from 2006 to 2011. Jessica then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Missouri State University from 2012 to 2017.
