Karla Myers

Karla Myers has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Karla began their career in 1998 as a Performance Improvement Facilitator at CoxHealth. From 2000 to 2009, they worked at Ozarks Community Hospital as a Quality and Accreditation Director. During this time, they were responsible for developing and implementing standardized clinical quality data and maintaining accreditation. From 2009 to 2012, Karla served as the Chief Nursing Officer at Ozarks Community Hospital, where they oversaw nursing-related patient care departments and was a key member of the senior management team. Since 2013, they have been working as the Quality and Data Analytics Director at Ozarks Community Hospital, where they are responsible for overseeing clinical data collection and reporting to improve quality and maintain accreditation. Overall, Karla has demonstrated expertise in quality improvement, accreditation, and nursing leadership.

Karla Myers obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Avila University between 1980 and 1984. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Nursing Informatics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completing their studies between 2010 and 2013.
