Peter Zeng, CPA, CGMA has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Peter most recently served as the ACFO/Director of Finance and Accounting at Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) since August 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Finance and Accounting at Northwest Health System from February 2019 to July 2021. Peter also worked as a Financial Controller at Deutsche Bank from April 2015 to March 2019 and as the CEO (Trader & Investor) at Bose Capital Investment from March 2011 to March 2015. Their previous experience includes roles at CSX, Florida Blue, Bashen Corporation, and Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Peter's expertise includes commercial lending risk evaluation, credit business development, and technical accounting research.
Peter Zeng, CPA, CGMA, has a strong educational background in accounting and applied mathematics. Peter obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their first Master's degree in Applied Mathematics (Operations Research) from East China University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.
In addition to their educational qualifications, Peter Zeng has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Peter obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Delaware State Board of Accountancy in April 2006. In June 2016, they acquired the Series 99 certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). Furthermore, in April 1999, they earned the Registered Financial Economist designation from the Ministry of Personnel, PRC. These certifications further demonstrate their expertise and dedication in the fields of accounting and finance.
