Ozarks Regional YMCA is a not-for-profit organization that believes no one should be denied access to membership and/or programs due to the inability to pay. Their programs, services, and initiatives enable kids to realize their potential, prepare teens for college, offer ways for families to have fun together, empower people to be healthier in spirit, mind, and body, prepare people for employment, welcome and embrace newcomers and help foster a nationwide service ethic.

The leadership team at Ozarks Regional YMCA has a long history of experience with different YMCAs around the country. The team is made up of an Executive Director, who has experience with YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne and YMCA of Greater Miami, and a Membership Director, who has experience with the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta. Both leaders have a wealth of experience in the industry and have been educated at Kennesaw State University in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
