Erhan Demir

Erhan Demir is a seasoned marketing manager at Özdilek Holding since February 2015, bringing a wealth of experience in food engineering from previous roles. Prior to Özdilek Holding, Erhan worked as a food engineer at Cihan Çikolata Şerkerleme from June 2013 to July 2014, where product trials led to the serial production of a new jelly product. Additionally, Erhan served as a food engineer at Özsoylar Süt Ürünleri ve Tic. Ltd. Şti from May 2012 to June 2013, overseeing quality control and production processes for Ezine cheese. Erhan holds a bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, completed in 2012.
