David Kaestner

David Kaestner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, particularly in engineering, construction, and maintenance. Since June 2005, David has served as a Partner at Ascende Capital and has held the position of Chairman of the Board at Ozlinc Industries Pty Ltd since November 2013. Previously, David was the Managing Director at LGM Industries Pty Ltd until January 2022, and at Ark Maintenance from July 2011 to June 2014, where focus was on life cycle maintenance of fixed and rotating equipment. David also contributed as CEO-SWG at Programmed Maintenance Services from 2005 to 2010, significantly growing the company's revenue from $10 million to $100 million before its sale. Earlier career highlights include a corporate role as Team Leader at Technip, overseeing projects in the Gulf of Mexico, Mediterranean, and West Africa, and managerial positions at Clough.
