Emily Pfaller is a barista at OZO Coffee Company and an undergraduate researcher at the University of Colorado Boulder, focusing on wildfire and drought impacts to threatened species. As a Sustainability and B2B Coordination Intern at Simple Switch, Emily partnered with the CEO to design and implement a program aimed at decreasing the environmental impact of business operations. With experience as a lifeguard and swim instructor at The Bay Club Company, Emily is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder.
