Pavel Albitsky

Pavel Albitsky is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in mobile development and engineering management. As the Head of Mobile Department at OZON.ru since July 2021, Pavel has significantly expanded the team from 50 to over 350 employees and established common engineering practices across departments. Previously, at Yandex.Classifieds, Pavel enhanced hiring processes and improved development workflows, leading to increased developer performance. At Bright Box, Pavel reduced release cycles and implemented technical solutions for app development. Earlier roles include leadership positions at RGS Digital, Domclick, and Delivery Club, where Pavel showcased expertise in team building, project management, and technical innovation.
