Svetlana Babichenko

Svetlana Babichenko has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment and Adaptation at OZON.ru since March 2019. Prior to this role, Svetlana held the position of Head of Personnel Recruitment at Борлас from March 2013 to March 2019, and worked as an HR consultant at ISG from 2012 to 2013. Svetlana's earlier career included a significant tenure as Head of Department at Delogys Group from September 2004 to April 2012. Svetlana graduated from the Institute of Psychology and Pedagogy between 1994 and 1998.
