Kellie Rutledge

Kellie Rutledge possesses extensive experience in the mental health and social services sectors, currently serving as the Executive Director at Ozone House since July 2022, with previous roles including Interim Executive Director and Director of Grants, Reporting, and Evaluation. Prior experience includes significant positions at Monroe Community Mental Health Authority from June 2015 to August 2022, where responsibilities encompassed Program Director, Program Supervisor, and Intensive Case Manager. Kellie's foundational experience includes clinical social work internships and case management roles at Catholic Charities, Family Counseling and Children's Services, and Lutheran Social Services of Michigan. Kellie holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Mental Health from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women's Studies from the University of Michigan.
