Atul Sharma

Atul Sharma is a seasoned technology executive with over 14 years of experience in the enterprise telecom sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Ozonetel Communications since December 2019, Atul leads the AI-first full-stack CX platform, Ozonetel CXhub. Previously, Atul held roles as Chief Technology Officer at Ozonetel Communications Pte Ltd from January 2016 to October 2023, and Co-Founder and CTO at OZONETEL SYSTEMS Pvt Ltd from 2007 to October 2016, where Atul was instrumental in developing the KooKoo Enterprise Cloud Platform. Early career experiences include General Manager Voice at Bhrigus Inc and Software Engineer at eComServer, Inc. Atul is currently pursuing an Executive Program in Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, starting January 2024.
