Chaitanya Chokkareddy

Chaitanya Chokkareddy is an accomplished technology leader and co-founder with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Ozonetel Communications since October 2023, Chaitanya previously held the position of Co-Founder and CIO at Ozonetel Communications Pte Ltd. from April 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities included scaling customer operations across regions. From January 2007 to March 2016, Chaitanya was the Co-Founder and Principal Architect at OZONETEL SYSTEMS Pvt Ltd., where innovations included architecting India's first cloud telephony platform, KooKoo, and developing the world's first cloud call center solution capable of handling over 10 million calls per day. Earlier academic roles include Associate Professor positions at Aurora's Technological and Research Institute and Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology, where Chaitanya taught various computer science subjects and published academic papers. Chaitanya holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida, completed between 2000 and 2002.
