Michelle Phillips holds extensive experience in customer relations and operations management. Currently serving as the Contact Centre Senior Operations Manager at PJH Group since September 2003, Michelle has developed strong leadership and operational skills. Prior to joining PJH Group, Michelle worked at Abbey from 1992 to August 2004 in a Customer Relations role. Michelle's educational background includes attendance at Norton Priory Comprehensive from 1982 to 1987.
