John Zelasko

Vice President, Sales and Business Development at P.J.Wallbank Springs

John Zelasko has extensive work experience in sales and business development. John is currently the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at P.J. Wallbank Springs, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Global Business Development professional at Aramco from September 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Aramco, John had a long tenure at FEV North America, Inc. John held various roles during their time there, including Chief Sales Officer, Americas from October 2021 to September 2022. John was also the Vice President of Business Development from April 2018 to October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Business Development/Head of the California Office from July 2017 to April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing dedicated California customer account teams and overseeing the growth of the California FEV office.

Before their role as the Senior Director, John was the Director of Business Development/Head of the California Office from April 2015 to June 2017. In this position, they managed the growth of the California office and customer relationships, with a focus on electronics-related engineering services. John also oversaw heavy-duty, off-highway, large bore, military, and fuel and lubricant customer accounts.

Prior to their leadership roles at FEV, John served as a Manager of Business Development from September 2011 to March 2015. John pursued new business contacts and opportunities and managed relationships from initial contact through program commencement. John also held positions as a Business Development Engineer from January 2009 to August 2011 and as a Project Engineer from August 2006 to December 2008.

Before joining FEV, John worked at Cummins as a Performance Engineer from January 2006 to August 2006 and as a Product Engineer from July 2005 to December 2005. John also worked as a Mechanical Development Engineer from January 2005 to June 2005, where they were responsible for component testing and management of quality assurance plans.

Throughout their career, John has gained experience in sales, business development, customer management, and engineering, with a focus on the automotive industry.

John Zelasko completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, from the years 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in "How to Speak So People Want to Listen" and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in April 2022.
