Lekha Nirmal

Lekha Nirmal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Executive Director at P-Mech Consultant Pvt. Ltd since July 2016, Lekha oversees the delivery of FEED, Basic, and Detailed Engineering services to the global Oil and Gas industry, among other sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of P-Mech Technologies since March 2021, Lekha is focused on developing innovative software products for engineering and design, including the quick design tool PMT TANK. Additionally, Lekha represents India as a delegate for the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance at the G20 Brazil 2024 summit. Academic qualifications include an ongoing entrepreneurship program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
