Karin McGrath Dunn has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development, currently serving as Chairperson of the Board at PRD Management, Inc. since January 2006, where responsibilities span corporate oversight, strategic advising, and community liaison roles. Previous positions include President and Vice President at PRD Management, overseeing HUD portfolio operations and driving organizational transition. As a Leadership Coach at Resourceful Leaders since April 2023, Karin specializes in coaching creative and neurodiverse leaders, focusing on succession planning and career transitions. Entrepreneurial experience includes founding R5 Consulting & Design, serving Fortune 500 clients in leadership development. Past roles at Merck and the Philadelphia Museum of Art involved instructional design and sponsorship management. Karin holds a Master of Education in Advocacy and Organizational Development from Temple University, among other qualifications.
