Founders Paul Smith, Russell Perkins, and Tiffany Perkins created P.S. Taco Company to be a restaurant that offers a different and unique dining experience. The friends share a love for fresh food and wanted to create an atmosphere that encouraged spending time with those they cherish most. The concept for P.S. Taco Company was cultivated throughout a decade of globetrotting to taste tacos from Mexico, Spain, southern California, Texas, and of course, the Gulf Coast. They’ve created a unique quick-service experience with unrivaled menu selections and franchise opportunities that speak for themselves.
