Laura J. Lederer is the Co-Founder of P-ton. Laura has over 30 years of experience in the business world, starting their career at IBM in 1988. Laura has since consulted for many companies, including IGNITE Worldwide, before starting their own company, Laura Lederer Consulting, LLC. In their current role at P-ton, they use their vast experience to help businesses grow.

Laura J. Lederer is a leading transformative change executive who has been educated at some of the most prestigious schools in the United States. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master Dealmaker Program Executive Education from The Wharton School. In addition, they have received certification from IBM in Acclaim Cognitive Sales Foundation.
