Alan Sparling has a robust background in engineering, specifically in project development and mechanical engineering. Since May 2015, Alan has served as a Project Development Engineer at P1 Service, LLC, while concurrently holding similar positions at P1 Group, Inc. until August 2025. Previous experience includes roles as Project Engineer and Project Intern at P1 Group, and as a Steam and Water Student Assistant Engineer at Mizzou Energy Management from September 2015 to May 2017.
