Jane Gilson

Jane Gilson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business strategy, leadership, and advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder at P2 and CEO and Founder of The Scout Group, Jane is dedicated to business advisory and coaching for startups and scale-ups. Jane is also a Global Advisory Board Member of the Virtual Advisory Board, connecting executives to address business challenges. Previous leadership positions include CEO of CloudSphere, where efforts were focused on cyber asset management and international expansion, and Head of Ad Sales for Emerging Markets at Google, where Jane significantly improved team performance and revenue growth. With a foundational career at Microsoft spanning multiple leadership roles, Jane has consistently driven business transformation and diversity initiatives. Jane holds an MS in Marketing from Northwestern University, a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has completed a course in Corporate Governance at Columbia Business School.
