Kieu-My then joined Nepsoft Inc. in 2014 as an Associate Business Analyst, specializing in streamlining business operations and converting business processes into systems. In the same year, they started working at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. as a Business Systems Analyst, where they managed daily health and welfare processing for multiple clients. Their most recent role is at IFS, Energy and Resources, where they serve as a Business Analyst/Product Owner. IFS is the world's largest software and technology company dedicated to the upstream oil and gas industry. Kieu-My's expertise lies in improving decision-making, gaining clarity into complex workflow scenarios, and optimizing upstream efficiency for over 1,700 companies.

Kieu-My Nguyen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics with an emphasis on global business and finance from the University of Houston. Kieu-My pursued their studies at this institution from 2006 to 2012.
