Marcy T. has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry as well as in the IT sector. Marcy started their career at Amoco Production Company, where they gained seven years of experience in upstream oil and gas operations. During this time, they worked on joint interest accounting, production and revenue, authorization for expenditure, and materials management. Marcy successfully resolved outstanding audit issues, resulting in a gain of $1.7 million.

Marcy then joined American Management Systems (AMS) as a Senior Business Analyst, where they provided quality assurance for customer service and billing systems for European cellular telephone clients. Marcy also developed user documentation and training materials for various software applications.

After that, Marcy joined Oracle/P2ES Energy as a Product Manager, contributing to all stages of the product development lifecycle for financial software used in the upstream energy industry. Marcy provided product support and maintenance for major clients and ensured integration with Oracle Financial products.

Following their role at Oracle, Marcy worked at EchoStar Satellite Services as a Senior Business Analyst, providing production support for Oracle Receivables and integrating it with other applications. Marcy then moved on to Noble Energy, where they held two roles. As an Operational Accounting Manager, they oversaw the department and ensured accurate financial reporting. Later, as a Senior IT Program Manager, Marcy provided strategic leadership for various technologies supporting Noble's global operations.

In 2017, Marcy took a sabbatical to rejuvenate and spend time with family and friends. Marcy returned to work in 2018, joining P2 Energy Solutions as a Principal Business Analyst. In this role, they developed project specifications for oil and gas applications, worked closely with cross-functional teams, and facilitated problem resolutions for clients and stakeholders.

Marcy T. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Colorado State University. Marcy became a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master in March 2021 and a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner in August 2022.
