Karlien van Ouwerkerk is an experienced HR professional and lawyer, currently serving as the Owner of Van Ouwerkerk HR interim & advies since March 2012, specializing in interim HR management and business partnerships. With a strong background in developing HR policies and implementing personnel tools across various changing environments, Karlien has held multiple significant roles, including interim senior HR positions at P2 | Regisseurs van een betere toekomst and VitalFluid B.V., and interim HR Manager at My Jewellery, where Karlien oversaw the expansion of the HR organization during rapid growth. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Dutch Law with specializations in labor law, labor economics, and management & organization from Utrecht University, coupled with further studies at the University of Amsterdam and KPMG Learning Academy Malta.
