Mirjam van Oosterhout

Mirjam van Oosterhout is an experienced professional in housing, program, and project management, currently serving as an expert in the expert team for housing vulnerable groups at P2 since July 2020. With a strong focus on complex collaborations, van Oosterhout has led various initiatives, including the management of housing projects for vulnerable populations and the development of municipal environmental visions. Previously, van Oosterhout held leadership roles at Woonstad Rotterdam and VVE010, overseeing significant urban improvement programs and organizational changes. A background in international cooperation and policy development is also evident from earlier roles with the VNG and the municipality of Rotterdam. Mirjam van Oosterhout holds a master's degree in History from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
