James Cousler is a highly experienced sports physical therapist currently serving at Sports PT Lab since December 2023. In addition to this role, James has been the Assistant Manager at Personal20 - Electro Fitness Studio since September 2017, where responsibilities include managing daily operations and facilitating the education of personal trainers. As the Director of Education at Personal20 LLC, James developed the foundational training program for the company. Previous experience includes serving as a Technogym Educator from February 2017 to November 2023 and as Fitness Director at Club Fitness, where James oversaw various staff management and operational responsibilities.
